LEMMINKÄINEN TO EXTEND AND RENOVATE K-CITYMARKET IN MÄNTSÄLÄ
Lemminkäinen has been awarded a contract for the extension and renovation of K-citymarket in the centre of Mäntsälä by Kesko Corporation. The work will begin in March 2011, and the contract will be completed in May 2012. The total value of the contract is some EUR 8 million.
The contract in Mäntsälä means continued co-operation between Lemminkäinen and Kesko Food. Last year, Lemminkäinen completed the Kouvola K-supermarket contract.
"Lemminkäinen Talo Oy’s Lahti office is a significant logistics and business premises constructor. Thanks to the new contract, we can continue work in the Mäntsälä area as we wished after completing the logistics centre for Tokmanni there in 2008," says Tapani Pöyry, Regional Director of Lemminkäinen.
