Lemminkäinen sells retail property to ARIF I fund

LEMMINKÄINEN SELLS RETAIL PROPERTY TO ARIF I FUND
Lemminkäinen has sold a retail property located in Viitasaari to ARIF I Ky fund, a retail-focused real estate fund managed by Amplion Asset Management Oy. The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction price.
The property’s surface area is 2,600 m2. The property’s main tenant will be Kesko, based on a long-term lease contract.
