LEMMINKÄINEN SELLS A NURSING-HOME PROPERTY TO BE CONSTRUCTED IN KAJAANI

Lemminkäinen has sold a nursing-home property, which will be constructed in Kajaani, to EPI Healthcare I Ky. The purchaser is a real estate equity fund, managed by Evli Property Investments Oy, that invests in Finnish caretaking and health care-sector properties. The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction price.

The total floor space of the real estate, erected on a dedicated plot, amounts to 3,000 m². The building will be partially adopted into use in the spring of 2012, and will be completed in autumn 2012.
