Occupational well-being and health
At Lemminkäinen, occupational well-being is a key success factor in which we invest through supervisory work, occupational safety work and workability risk management, among other things.
Occupational well-being consists of various components, including the individual's health and functional capacity, work motivation and safe and healthy working conditions. The key factors affecting occupational well-being include good leadership and management skills, confidential interaction between line-managers and employees and each individual's personal competencies. Occupational well-being builds on daily work.
Our goal is to provide a safe and healthy working environment for our employees. Our personnel's good workability and mental and physical health as well as a well-functioning work community are important to us.
