The residential developments of Töölönlahti were completed in 2013–2015, and only one apartment is left for sale. No more residential construction is planned at Töölö Bay, and the park in front of the buildings is also completed. This means that the residents of Töölönlahti live in a prime location: right in the heart of Helsinki, yet in a serene landscape.

City centre homes in a premium location

This area on the shores of Töölö Bay, next to Finlandia Hall in central Helsinki, is a unique opportunity. This new active heart of Helsinki is a stylish neighbourhood that is a short walk from the city centre's shopping and culture options.

Töölö Bay is the perfect home for active people who love culture. In the area, you will be living in the epicentre of events and art, meet interesting people and experience impressive sensations. Finlandia Hall, which houses a number of events, the National Opera with 300 performances a year, the Musiikkitalo music centre with the symphony orchestra and fabulous concerts, the Kiasma museum, which is an oasis of modern art and visual culture, the National Theatre and the City Theatre are located in the immediate vicinity of the Töölö Bay homes. The Olympic Stadium with its sports events and concerts as well as several sports facilities are located within a short walking distance.

Parks and green areas in Töölö Bay

There are beautiful and verdant parks in the Töölö Bay area, such as the Kiasma, Musiikkitalo and Makasiini parks. Pedestrian routes in the parks will attract you to come and feel good, walk outdoors and spend time in the city's oasis close to nature, such as in the beautiful Linnunlaulu area.

Baana, a pedestrian and bicycle corridor built in a former harbour railway cutting, provides easy access by foot or bicycle to Ruoholahti and all the way to Jätkäsaari. However, you do not need to go anywhere to enjoy your life; Töölö Bay is close to everything.

Design principles

The unique location of the three buildings in a landscape of high cultural significance was a major factor in their design. The residences meet the highest standards. The apartments are fitted out to high specifications, and the buildings' facades are part plastered brickwork, part natural stone. The walls are very sturdy and the floors have a high level of sound insulation. The apartments have floor heating as well as adjustable air conditioning and cooling via the district cooling network. High-quality cabling ensures reliable and fast network connections, while the building automation is based on the latest technology in areas such as the lift systems. The buildings also have parking for cars and bicycles.
