Terraced houses in an urban, yet green environment
The two terraced houses of the Suviranta development will be built right next to Kerava river in Viertola, Vantaa. The development consists of eleven two-storey homes, ranging from a two-bedroom apartment of 81,5 m2 to a spacious family home of 166 square meters.
Urban milieu by the Kerava river
The green and peaceful Viertola is an urban neighbourhood where all the necessary services, such as schools, day-care centres and shops can easily be reached for example by bike. The Science Center Heureka and the Tikkurila sports park are also close by, and the Jumbo shopping centre is about five kilometres away.
The center of Tikkurila, with a wide range of shops and services as well as a train station, is about two kilometres away. The nearest bus stop is a couple of hundred meters away, and you can drive to the airport in about 15 minutes. There will be parking spaces for sale as well, some of them covered.
Spacious and modern living
There is plenty of space in the Suviranta apartments. The ground floor provides space for spending time together with friends and family, while bedrooms and sauna are located upstairs. From the smallest category of apartments (81,5 m2) you can find alternatives with either two or three bedrooms. The largest apartments include as much as 4–5 bedrooms, and all apartments feature generous balconies and south side terraces.
All kitchens in Suviranta will be equipped with two fridge/freezers, an integrated oven, a ceramic cooker and a dishwasher. The apartments also feature cable-TV and internet connections and ventilation with heat capture technology that can be adjusted in each apartment separately. The floors are mostly parquet, and ceramic tiles in the entrance and bathrooms.
