Aurinokolahti is famous for its long beautiful beach, located just under a kilometre away from the Arabica development. Together with the boulevards, cafés and marinas the ambience of Aurinkolahti is just perfect for spending a summer day. Close by are also the Uutela recreational area as well as Skatta heritage landscape.

Kahvikortteli is a new residential area in the middle of Aurinkolahti. It is being built in the area of the former Paulig coffee roastery, which is still present in the names of streets and housing companies in the area.

Vuosaari is an active community with a wide range of services and recreational possibilities. Within walking distance from Arabica you can find for example the shopping centre Columbus, grocery stores, restaurants, sports hall, health care centre and several schools and daycare centres.

The metro station of Vuosaari is about 500 metres away from Arabica. By metro the centre of Helsinki is within easy reach, and soon it can take you all the way to Espoo as well. If you are driving, you will probably appreciate the easy access to Kehä 1 (ring road) and the parking hall under the Arabica courtyard. The parking spaces are sold separately.
