Apartments in a new neighbourhood of Aviapolis

The Manttaali development is planned to be built in the new neighbourhood of Aviapolis. The area is a fast developing concentration of business and working places, but in the future decades it will grow into a new neighbourhood of 20 000 residents. The apartments in Manttaali are ideal for people who travel a lot, work in the businesses nearby or just wish to be among the first ones to settle down in a brand new residential area.

Excellent transport connections and a shopping centre nearby

Manttaali will be built in in Veromies, Aviapolis, in the corner of Perintötie and Äyritie. The Ring road III and Tuusulanväylä are easily accessible by car, and the airport is only a couple of kilometres away. Manttaali will be in a central location, but not right beside the highways – the green area of Rälssipuisto is situated right next to Manttaali, adding to the appeal of the area.

In many developing neighbourhoods the residents will have to wait a while for the businesses and services to come. That is not a problem in Aviapolis: it is only a few minutes’ walk from Manttaali to the shopping centre Jumbo and the entertainment centre Flamingo, both are easily reached by an underpass. There you will find an abundant range of services, shops and restaurants. The Aviapolis train station is also ready, and by the Kehärata railway you can easily reach for example the airport, Tikkurila and the centre of Helsinki. The nearest school is in Pakkala.

Manttaali will offer a wide selection of apartments to choose from. The sizes vary from 29.5 to 78 square metres, from studios to three-bedroom-apartments. There are homes with and without saunas. Some apartments feature a veranda in addition to a balcony. In many apartments there will also be a walk-in-closet.
