Alterations and additional work on new apartments

Alterations and additional work are an option if you conclude the sales transaction at a sufficiently early stage of construction.

In addition to making choices regarding materials that are included in the price, you can also order alterations and additional work on your apartment subject to additional charges. Alterations subject to additional fees include work such as changes to non-load-bearing walls and electrical plug sockets.

Additional work refers to optional extras that are not included in the sales price. Many of them are popular, but not everyone wants them in their new home. Additional work generally comprises pre-priced improvements to the apartment's equipment level, such as balcony glazing, an induction cooker or window blinds.

Alterations and additional work is always subject to a separate agreement. We recommend that you discuss them with the housing sales representative before the purchase transaction, as early as possible. This means you will know what alterations are available and by when you need to agree on them.
