LEMMINKÄINEN TO BUILD HOUSING FOR VVO IN VANTAA
Lemminkäinen is to construct new rental housing units for VVO in the Veromies
district of Vantaa. Four buildings comprising a total of 150 units will be built
at Pyhtäänkorvenkuja 4-6. The value of Lemminkäinen's contract is approx. EUR 14
million.
Work at the Vantaa site will begin in August 2010, and the housing will be
completed by the end of 2011. Including this order, Lemminkäinen is building a
total of 430 rental housing units for VVO in Southern Finland.
VVO Group offers housing services, ranging from development and construction to
the renting and sale of apartments. VVO owns approximately 38 000 rental
apartments in some 60 municipalities in Finland.
