President & CEO

The President & CEO of Lemminkäinen Corporation is responsible for the day-to-day management and practical planning of the Company’s businesses. The President & CEO also takes care of actions that are strategically important at Group level, such as preparations for acquisitions and the execution of measures decided by the Board of Directors. In addition, the President & CEO ensures that the Company’s management resources are sufficient and that the Company’s governance is appropriate and in accordance with the law.

Executive Board

The Executive Board of Lemminkäinen Group comprises, in addition to the President & CEO of the parent company, the executive vice presidents responsible for the Group’s business sectors, i.e.International Operations, Building Construction, Infrastructure Construction and Technical Building Services, as well as Lemminkäinen Corporation’s Executive Vice President, Human Resources and ICT, Executive Vice President, Corporate Business Development, and the Chief Financial Officer.

Areas of responsibility of the Executive Board

In addition to current duties, Timo Kohtamäki, The President & CEO, is responsible for developing and managing customer relationships on a Group-wide basis. Jukka Terhonen, Executive Vice President of Building Construction, is responsible for residential construction in Russia as well as for developing a Group-wide concept for renovation construction and procurement.  Responsibility for developing Nordic infrastructure construction rests with Henrik Eklund, Executive Vice President of International operations. Harri Kailasalo, Executive Vice President of Infrastructure Construction, is responsible for Corporate responsible matters such as the environment and safety function.

Tiina Mellas is responsible for Human Resources and IT management and related development projects.

Tiina Mikander, Executive Vice President of Corporate Business Development, is responsible for developing strategic business planning and management system. In addition, she serves as secretary to Lemminkäinen Corporation's Board of Directors. The Corporate Communications report to her.

The areas of responsibility of Robert Öhman, CFO, are Finance, Treasury, Mergers and Acquisitions, Investor Relations and Legal Affairs. Additionally, he is responsible for developing procurement on a Group level.
