In its corporate governance Lemminkäinen Corporation observes its Articles of Association as well as current legislation, such as the laws governing the operation of joint-stock companies and the securities markets.
The Company also observes the Rules of the Stock Exchange and the Guidelines for Insiders issued by OMX Nordic Exchange Helsinki as well as the Corporate Governance Recommendation for Listed Companies (effective from 1.7.2004) jointly issued by HEX Plc, the Central Chamber of Commerce of Finland, and the Confederation of Finnish Industry and Employers.
