IR principles
The main goal of investor relations in Lemminkäinen is to support the correct valuation of Lemminkäinen´s share by providing up-to-date information on company´s operations, strategy and financial situation to capital markets. Information shared needs to be equal and simultaneous to all market participants.
In its investor communications, Lemminkäinen complies with the laws and recommendations that regulate the communications of listed companies.
Channels and language
The main channels of Lemminkäinen´s investor communications consist of stock exchange bulletins and press releases, interim reviews, annual reports, other financial reports, company´s web site and investor meetings.
All essential information on company is published simultaneously in Finnish and English through NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd, on Lemminkäinen´s web site and to the key media.
Lemminkäinen maintains a mailing list of persons to whom the printed version of the Annual Report is sent. Those who wish to be included on the list may fill in the form at Media-Order publications -page. Lemminkäinen´s stock exchange and press releases sent by e-mail can be ordered at the same site.
Responsibilities
Lemminkäinen Group´s President and CEO, CFO and IRO are responsible for company´s investor relations and communications. All investor requests are processed centrally through investor relations.
Silent period
Silent period begins three weeks prior to the publication of annual or interim financial results. During this time Lemminkäinen is not in contact with capital market representatives.
