In 2009 Lemminkäinens Board of Directors approved the Companys Principles of Good business Practice for use as a code of conduct for the entire Group. The principles apply to all business operations and dictate the way in which Lemminkäinens workers, salaried staff and directors are expected to act. The principles are augmented by more detailed instructions whenever necessary.
