Lemminkäinen Group has been organised into four business sectors since 1.1.2008
The business sectors are building construction, infrastructure construction, technical building services and building products.
Lemminkäinen Talo Oy operates in the sector of building construction through its 12 subsidiaries. Lemminkäinen Infra Oy and its subsidiaries operate in the sector of infrastructure construction. Tekmanni Oy and its subsidiaries operate in the sector of technical building services. Lemminkäinen Building Products operates in the sector of building products through its subsidiaries Lemminkäinen Katto Oy, Lemminkäinen Betonituote Oy and Omni-Sica Oy.
The Group’s parent company, Lemminkäinen Corporation, is responsible for the Group’s management as well as financing, financial management, HR management, legal affairs and corporate communications. The group-level functions direct the corresponding functions in the business sectors.
