Lemminkäinen Talo Oy International is the international building contractor of Lemminkäinen Group.
Our business philosophy is to help our clients to successfully implement investment projects throughout the world. In project execution, the cornerstone for any successful project is our project management model, a model based on open co-operation. Listening to our clients and earning their trust are key aspects to all our building construction projects all over the world.
We have implemented numerous projects in over 80 countries. Currently, our business activity is focused mainly on Russia, Poland, India and China. Project exports for our key clients in other parts of the world play a significant role in our day-to-day operations.
We have permanent offices overseas in Saint Petersburg, Kaluga, Warsaw, Shanghai, Chennai and Cairo. In Sweden we have offices in Umeå, Uppsala, Sundsvall, Örnsköldvik, Luulaja and Malmö.
In 2010 the Group’s building construction net sales totaled 810 million Euros, with the international operations accounting for about a quarter of this figure.
